Our BUSY Service Center is seeking an experienced Branch Admin!
BASIC FUNCTION:
Serve as Service Center Receptionist. Provide administrative support to Service Center associates.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Greets visitors; answers telephones; uses CATS to route calls and log messages. Sends, receives and distributes fax transmissions. Responds to general inquiries.
2. Releases, distributes, and processes various reports, as required (i.e., special reports, register reprints). Maintains and processes Service Center statistics; processes reports.
3. Assists clients with basic payroll and tax deduction questions.
4. Prepares correspondence and miscellaneous documents using PC software packages; provides support to Service Center associates.
5. Opens and routes mail; coordinates mailings.
6. Monitors inventory and orders supplies as needed.
