Technical Skills: 1-3 Years



(SQL Server - Database - Crystal Reports - 3rd Party Tools)



Non-technical Skills:



Ability to Prioritize, Analytical Skills, Demonstrates Initiative - Follows Thru, Detail Oriented



Full Description: Report Development Skills/Description



Report Analysis - We have reports samples, but no documented requirements or design documents at the moment, and may not have during the development cycle. Thus, candidate needs to be able to ask the right questions and not need specific instructions on how to proceed.



(Since the request was originally submitted, we do now have documented requirements and a design document. After reading these documents, the candidate should have a good idea on how to proceed. However, we still need someone who knows how to ask the right clarifying questions to ensure he/she works as efficiently as time is of the essence.)



- Development using the Elixir report writing tool (ideal)

- 3-4 yrs minimum prior successful report development experience (can be using any other reporting tool, e.g., Crystal Reports, Oracle Reports Developer).

- Know how to generate data files in different formats using the reporting tool.

- Communication skills a must

- Have a sense of urgency, be proactive, ability to function in a fast-paced environment of changing requirements, ability to quickly learn new tools (specifically, picking up Elixir manual, reading it quickly, and knowing what to do)
