I am looking for a room to rent near the University (Minneapolis).



I am a male, 24 years old student and I will develop my master thesis at the university from september until december (I'll leave just before Christmas). I need a furnished room in a clean and quiet house, with wireless or cable internet and a washer. I am friendly and easy-going, I love music and animals, I don't smoke. I am clean and quite tidy, I will respect your privacy: I will be occupied at the university during the day and I will be at home just in the evening (and night of course). I don't mind to live with males or females. I can pay up to 700 $ a month utilities included.
