I am looking for an apartment or a small house to rent in the Stillwater - Oakdale - Woodbury area. I would like a place that is smaller, although I won't rule out larger ones. I can afford rent up to $350, though it would be nice if I could find some way to work off a portion of the rent each month. I am able to do many house- and yard-related fixes, and have a myriad of other talents.

 I am a responsible person looking to get a place of his own. I will be the only person renting, with exception to a cat. If cats won't be allowed, that's okay, too. If you would like references, I can give you a few names and numbers you can call.

 I am able to afford to pay a month's amount for a deposit, plus the first two month's rent up front. I will be staying in this area for a year, so anything up to a year lease is okay with me.
