I am looking for a studio or efficiency to rent starting Oct. 1st or late Sept.





Here's what I'm looking for:





* $500 or less per month rent


* cable hookup


* in St. Paul, Roseville or Uptown areas


* I'd love to get a declawed cat, if possible, but not required :)


* I am NOT interested in sharing a home or apt with others - no roomates please...thanks :)



About me:





late 20's female,very laid-back yet responsible, college-educated and back in college again, works 40+ hrs per week (I work FT and then 1 PT job so hardly there!), very clean and respectful, non-smoker.





Basically, I'm not home much, so that is why I'm looking for a smaller, less-expensive "space". I am home to watch a few shows, eat, shower, study and sleep basically. :) I will stay at my boyfriends sometimes also - not ready to move in together yet! :)
