Our client, located in Burnsville, is in need of Customer Service Representatives to work in their inbound call center. All candidates must have a sales background or an interest working within a sales environment. These representatives will be responsible for taking inbound customer service calls and upselling additional client products. Candidates will be responsible for basic product knowledge, sales and customer service skills, and professional level at all times. There may be a possibility for exceptional performers to be hired in a temporary-to-full-time arrangement, depending on the results of the assignment. Pay range is $12 - $13 per hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The hours for these positions may vary.
