Java Developer (s)

Need about 15 or so, all levels...

Looking for experienced candidates for the design, development and deployment of Internet, Intranet and n-tier business applications. Require proven expertise in J2EE Technologies such as JNDI, Security, Transactions, JDBC and JMS. Require proficiency in J2EE components such as EJB, JSP and Servlets. Require expertise with J2EE compliant application servers like IBM WebSphere 5.0, BEA Web logic 8.1 and JBoss. Require expertise with J2EE compliant IDEs like WSAD, RAD, JBuilder and Eclipse.



Excellent communication skills a must, leadership abilities, strong architectural skills, hardworking and a very good team worker. Additional responsibility may include the development and integration of rich client interface technology. Must be able to contribute to policies and procedures for integration of rich client technology. Work environment includes extreme programming methodology, pair programming, collaborative work environment, and iterative development with a high level of team interaction.
