We are looking for a Field Customer Representative for the Minneapolis, MN area. You will provide extraordinary customer service and aggressively re-sign cancelled accounts, maximizing the addition of accounts that occupy previously monitored locations (re-signs) and work with current customers on retention.



ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following:

Sales duties that focus on re-signing locations previously monitored by Protection One (re-sign).

Work with customers who are moving to new locations to reestablish monitoring at their new location (system move).

Reactivating accounts previously monitored with same customer residing at the location (reactivations).

Performs non-commission duties as a part of customer retention/SOS program, which may include visits to existing customer locations.

Works closely with branch to reduce customer attrition to meet company established goals.

Reports daily on activity and provides management with daily and weekly action plans.

Meets monthly quotas set by management.



MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required.

Bachelors degree preferred or two years of related sales experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.



CERTIFICATIONS, LICENSES, REGISTRATIONS

Applicable state and local licenses as required.

Must have valid drivers license issued by the state in which you reside and proper automobile registration.

Proof of insurance for personal automobile liability with limits of $100,000/$300,000/$100,000 which provide $100,000 per person injured, $300,000 total accident and $100,000 property damage.
