Job Details



The Windows Application Migration Developer will participate in all aspects of server consolidation project delivery within the Application Management Services Conversions& Migrations organization. This is a technical implementation delivery role, where developers will plan and execute application platform migrations and perform server consolidations of hardware. They will also conduct application assessment interviews to collect data required to product SCON deliverables. Position requires candidates to be located within 50 miles of a major airport; Monday-Friday travel to client locations is required.



Desired Skills



Three years employment in a consulting firm with consulting responsibilities; Demonstrated hands-on experience in a Intel/Window Server Consolidation application migration role with at least one full lifecycle,in a client facing environment. Preferred Candidates should have at least 5 years of windows application migration experience. Experience with WINNT/2000/2003/XP. Preferred candidates should have VMWare Certification.



Major Field of Study:Computer Science, MIS or equivelant degree
