Duties:

* Recruiting and training a National Sales Staff

* Coaching, mentoring, and assisting team

* Motivating and monitoring team performance

* Setting budgets/targets

* Maintaining detailed knowledge of the company’s products

* Expanding customer base by counseling sales representatives; building and maintaining rapport with key customers; identifying new customer opportunities

* Recommending product lines by identifying new product opportunities; surveying consumer needs and trends; tracking competitors

* Updating job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading professional publications; maintaining personal networks
