Office-Purchasing-Bookkeeping Position

Well established, small but growing machining and manufacturing company located in Maynard is seeking an all around office person to perform the following duties:
-Company accounting including billing, cash deposits and maintenance, accounts payable and general business.
-Purchasing of inventory items and supplies.
-Office Manager type duties including telephone answering, managing office supplies and equipment and mail.
-Assembly assistant - In extra time, will assist with light assembly and packaging of small components.
The ideal candidate will have:
-Excellent organizational and time management skills
-Self motivated and ability to work autonomously
-Be flexible and like performing a variety of tasks
-Detail oriented and accuracy
This position can be either full time or part time. Family friendly work environment allows us to offer flexible work schedule.
