Tech Writer that can read C++ and ASP

We are looking for a Technical Writer who has a programming background. In this 6 month contract assignment you will need to read and understand what C++ and ASP code is doing and understand networking especially TCP/IP. A background in Web development would also be helpful. Your writing duties will be technical documents including white papers. The authoring tool used is MadCap Flare but RoboHelp experience will be considered.
