JOB DESCRIPTION This position will be a member of the PMT and OST Operations team and will be responsible for support and implementation of PMT and OST to the sales force. Duties will include asset reconciliation, testing, resolving system production problems, recommending and implementing procedure changes, developing requirements for new products managing cross company projects as they are added to the PMT or OST platform.
Duties will include:
-Support of the PMT and OST platform to all Ameriprise advisors.
-Work closely with the PMT vendor to address outstanding issues and support the PMT platform.
-Work closely with our technology partners to manage and implement projects for PMT and OST.
-Reconciliation of out of balance assets.
-Assure data and content integrity within the PMT Tool and OST.
-Help promote the PMT platform and OST application across the entire advisor base.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Required Qualifications:
Knowledge
Detailed knowledge of the tools and applications that form the advisor workstation.
Security Industry knowledge to include mutual funds, insurance products, fixed income and equities.
Knowledge of security characteristics and settlement process.
Familiarity with products and tools used by Ameriprise Advisors.
Familiarity with Internet and desktop technology which include the distribution of products to the Ameriprise sales force.
Knowledge of database imports, exports and resolution of production problems.

Proven track record in driving results and initiatives; comfortable working in a dynamic environment
Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in customer services, sales, clearance or back office operations.
Project management to include mapping, testing and defining detailed data records.
Successful implementation and relationship support with 3rd party vendors.
