Wanted: Female to Share New Home - 2 Rooms Avbl.

Perfect setup for 2 friends (or individual) ***($450 per person)***to move into cool new home with great young professional straight couple. We have a parrot, kitten, free laundry, gourmet kitchen, optional dish cable ($10 mo. cable fee). Home is always at a very comfortable temperature, and has state of the art air filtration system for allergies. Musician household, must be open to music being played. We try to eat healthy foods and encourage positivity. We have two good sized rooms available each with closets that share a full bathroom. We are looking for people for to move in September and/ or October for a stay through the Winter into Spring.
