At Bush Management Company we quickly research available property in a number of databases and: identify property that fits your criteria, schedule showings for those properties that best fit your criteria, meet you at these properties, and: either assist you in moving forward with a lease, or gain a better understanding of what you are looking for through good old fashioned face to face, in person, communication. This one on one communication allows us to more effectively determine what you are looking for.
If you are out of town or have a tight schedule, we can preview the property, and many times we can bring a camera along to take a video for you and photos of those properties. We provide assistance throughout the application and lease signing processes.
We recommend getting a copy of your credit report, and we are happy to review this with you and/or discuss details with potential landlords. When you hire us to assist you and upon completing a lease that we have assisted you with, We collect an administrative fee from the property owner Our service can save you a lot of time driving around and scouring the newspaper and internet. We make every attempt to schedule showings back to back so as to make the most efficient use of both your time and ours. What this means is that what usually takes between 4 to 6 weeks to accomplish is consolidated into one or two afternoons because the background legwork, research, and, if applicable, previews are all done previously.
